3. The reason for writing in the introduction, and a summary of the suggestions and the expected results in the conclusion.

Uzasadnienie: we wstępie do listu formalnego przedstawiającego sugestie mówimy, w jakim celu go piszemy, a w podsumowaniu zawieramy streszczenie naszych propozycji i przewidywanych rezultatów.

4. Three paragraphs.

Uzasadnienie: w rozwinięciu listu formalnego podajemy trzy sugestie, a każdą zawieramy w osobnym akapicie.
