Michael said that he had been reading about palm reading recently and he asked Janet to give him her hand so he could tell her her future. He said she would meet a tall, dark man in a dark, crowded place and Janet said that he meant Jack in the cinema and jokingly called him a fraud. Michael asked her, also jokingly, not to tell anyone as it could ruin his reputation.
