How to operate a pressure cooker
Preparation
A. Then, fill the pressure cooker with the exact amount of water needed to cook the food.
B. First, make sure the rubber seal is intact inside the lid and the valve on the lid is clean.
C. Check cooking time required.
D. Put the food you want to cook into the pot.

Operating Instructions
A. When time is up, switch off ring and remove pressure cooker from ring.
B. Place the lid on the pot and close securely.
C. When the valve begins to spin indicating that the contents are under pressure, lower the heat and begin timing.
D. Remove the lid and serve the food.
E. Put pressure cooker onto the ring.
F. Wait for a few minutes until the pressure valve stops spinning, then carefully release any excess steam by gently lifting the valve.
G. Switch the ring on to desired heat setting.
