Older people often have a better quality of life because they have more time to enjoy life. They don’t have to rush like young people who are busy with school or work. They can focus on their hobbies, travel and do what makes them happy.

Some older people have health problems and are less active than younger people. They may not have as much energy and their bodies don’t always work as well.
