In the picture I can see a couple dancing. The woman is in a wheelchair and she has some material tied around her waist. The man is holding the material and her hand. They are wearing elegant, black clothes, so maybe they are taking part in a competition. I think that it may be difficult for the woman to dance but she has a good partner and she seems to be very confident.
